Drawing on over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in Europe, Americas and South Africa, Rui first introduced his restaurant, Canto Latino, to a select clientele in Sandton, whose growing numbers have led to Canto’s much acclaimed arrival in Rivonia. Spanish, Argentinean and Portuguese chefs ensure that each dish retains its genuine cultural flavor.
